  • Orders after 2pm EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
  • Gift cards can only be shipped to addresses within the continental United States.
  • International orders will not be accepted.
  • PO Box addresses can only be delivered using the US Mail shipping option.
  • Orders cannot be processed, shipped or delivered on Saturday, Sunday or National Holidays.
  • The Firebirds Gift Card is redeemable at any Firebirds location.
*For US Mail delivery, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
Please note that Gift Cards shipped via US Mail cannot be tracked.
Firebirds cannot replace cards that are lost or stolen during shipping when shipped via US Mail.
